The seasom 1 started with Peter going to jail and Alicia going back to work, from that point is where she has started her infidelity with the boss after telling Peter she still loved him. The political subtext of almost every episode is either disturbing or simply absurd.

Though the show explores what is it like being the wife of one of these political figures who gets involved in a lurid sex scandal. I am a little disappointed with the development, Alicia reminds me of Carrie Bradshaw (Sex and the City) and how I could not bear to watch her making stupid mistakes.

The show with a hot theme in our society now. Alicia's complicated relationship with her husband, who humiliated his family with a sex scandal. Crime stories with politics environment, it's a new field nowadays.
